Current website status: This static product site has no account system, database, contact form or payment system. Cloudflare Web Analytics is provided at the hosting layer; no custom event tracking is active. Demo and privacy enquiries use the external email channel hello@nexkit.uk.

1. Scope

This policy describes information handling on the Solar NexKit product website. It does not govern project information processed inside the separate local financial model.

2. Information the website collects

The website does not intentionally collect or store personal information through an application form. It contains no login, checkout, database or advertising tracker. Cloudflare may inject its Web Analytics performance beacon through the Pages hosting platform.

3. Hosting and technical logs

Cloudflare and related network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, security events and page-performance metrics to deliver, protect, measure and operate the site. Their handling is governed by their applicable service terms and privacy practices.

4. Demo requests

Prospective users may contact hello@nexkit.uk and choose to provide a name, professional email, company, role and scheduling context. This page must be updated before any new form, CRM or automated collection is activated.

5. Project data

The current product runs locally. The website does not upload or process solar project assumptions. Users should not send confidential project data unless a separate support process explicitly requests it and appropriate safeguards are agreed.

6. Cookies

The website does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and states that its RUM beacon does not store or access browser storage. If custom analytics or another cookie-based service is proposed later, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

7. Third-party links

The website links to external services, including the NexKit ecosystem site. Their privacy practices are controlled by those providers and should be reviewed separately.

Privacy enquiries may be sent to hello@nexkit.uk. Final legal-owner details remain a release TODO. LEGAL_OWNER_DETAILS_TODO — approved legal owner name, address and governing terms are required before commerce is enabled.
